We're on
a limited budget, why shouldn't we get the cheapest DJ we can?
Every dance you
have is an advertisement for the next dance. I've talked to countless
schools and advisors that have lamented poor turnout at their dances
for a whole year after having a bad DJ. Make your dances an event! Who
much does it cost nowadays to go to the movies? A fast food value meal
is around $5. If you set your tickets to $5-$7 and get one of our flashier
packages (lasers or high tech lighting), you'll start getting more students
at your dances.
Is there
anything we can do to hold the costs down?
Many of our special packages include 100 glow items. We would be happy to turn these over to you. The event organizers could sell
glow items at your dance for $1 - $2 each. If all 100 glow items get sold, you just saved $100 - $200 on the total event cost.
How does
Rent-a-DJ handle songs with explicit lyrics?
We subscribe to
a service that provides us with the same versions of songs that the
radio stations play. Our policy is to not play songs with explicit lyrics.
Are you
covered by liability insurance?
Absolutely!!
We once
had a dj that didn't show up/their system broke down, how do you make
your service "worry-free"?
Rent-a-DJ has DJs
on duty in case your DJ becomes ill or has technical problems. The only
other advice we have is to make sure that you have a written agreement!
How much
is it?
It can vary. Wedding Receptions have more needs than small
middle schools or large high schools. We have
different packages for different budgets and expectations. Consult the
rest of our website for more information or call 1-800-RENTADJ for a
price quote or free consultation.
